Continuing Life

Decided to change my theme again for this blog. It isn’t exactly what I want, but it is more me than the purple one was. Although I think Jocelyn did a great job on that theme, it wasn’t really suited for me, or maybe it’s just that I’ve changed in the last few months and that theme no longer fits who I am. In any case I am back to the theme that I used orginally. It’s still not exactly what I want, but I think it suits me at this point until I can find just the right one.

As I recall I had some issues with this theme not separating my paragraphs, so if that is still the case, I apologize now if it makes it hard to read.

Girls are starting their second week of school. They are really enjoying themselves and will tell more about it on my Prairieroses blog here in a little while.

I can’t believe that it has been a month since I blogged here, but things have just been so busy. Cleaning, getting the girls ready, and now off to school, running errands it seems several times a week. This week won’t be any different, as we have a trip to Kansas City planned for tomorrow, and a trip to Topeka later in the week, that in addition to getting the girls off to school, home from school, homework, baths, dinner, and whatever else we find that needs done.

I have enjoyed my time here, though I find it lonely when the girls are gone, but have a great time with Dad when he is home. The girls love when Dad is home too. I am so happy that not only do the girls get the chance to really spend some time with Dad, but that they have him in their lives as a role model. My Dad isn’t a perfect man, no human is, but he is a good man, and has many important things to teach and share with the girls. Staying here is a good experience for them, as well as me.

Well I have many many things to get done today, especially online, so I’d better sign off from here and get busy with them.
