The door knob slowly turned. She simply sat on her bed watching it, filled with dread, as she knew what was coming.
The door opened, in the doorway stood her arch enemy, or so it seemed these days.
“Hi”
“Hi Mom” she replied.
“Want to tell me what you’re doing when you skip school?” Mom asked as she came and sat on the edge of the bed.
That was pretty much the last question she really wanted to answer, but she knew her Mom would patiently sit by until she did answer.
“I’m going down to the stables.” She finally, quietly answered.
“I see.”

no work.
*LOL* In all actuality I do have work, which is why I’m here tonight, but first a few snippets about our fun.
The girls had swimming lessons again this morning. After that we went to the store for some picnic stuff, and then had a nice picnic. After that we went to the pool and spent an enjoyable afternoon.
Tomorrow the fun continues with the last day of swimming lessons. Tomorrow evening Des has another softball game.
This is truly a great summer!!

I’m rather worried and excited that next year Des will start band at school. She will have been waiting for two years. However I do hope that I don’t have to buy any stainless steel drums or anything like that. We don’t have the space for that. Something like a violin, or a flute will work fine. *LOL* I’m truly not trying to be discouraging in what she wants to pursue, I just don’t have the space for a drum set in this house. Of course hopefully by that time we will have moved again.

I haven’t used binoculars in years. I know my Dad always preferred Simmons brand. He had a small pair, that was really light weight that he liked for work.
I remember he also had a monocular, but I haven’t seen that around in years. It’s sad how much stuff gets misplaced and lost through the years and the moves. That’s part of the reason that I want to stop moving…Hopefully our next move will be our last!!

I suppose electric grills have their place, as do the propane grills, but I’ve always favored the charcoal grill, or even better than that is an old fashioned camp fire.
I really miss camping. I haven’t been camping in several years, and we always had so much fun out camping, the girls and I. All of my camping gear walked with my ex, and I’ve never had money to buy anymore, but you know, I should. It won’t be long and the girls will be too busy with their friends to want to camp with Mom, I need to do all I can to make the memories now, memories that will last a lifetime.

Things have been so busy that I haven’t had much time for the computer or my blogs. I’m sorry that I haven’t been keeping up, but there are just so many hours in a day. As it is it’s already almost 11pm, so I’m trying to hurry through some blogging, get dishes done, laundry, and who knows what else I will get done.
Swim lessons are going well. One more week of them to go. The girls are having loads of fun. We’ve gone to the pool acouple of times on our own to, and had loads of fun. Dad even went with us once. We have lots of plans to go to the pool while the summer lasts.
Summer seems to be breezing by so quickly. Probably because we’ve been so busy. I’m sad for it to be going so quickly. I love having my girls home, although I can’t say they have been home all that much. *LOL* Whenever they get the chance they are over playing at Madyson’s, or at the library. I do have plans for July though, to get back to reading at bedtime and such things, and the girls are going to have to crack down and get stuff done here at home before they go off to play.
Well it’s off to do my work. I’ll try to do better at updates, but I make no promises until school starts up again. *LOL*

Ah, as my work comes to a close for tonight I am relieved. It’s been a struggle lately to get my work done, partly because we have been busy, and partly because I haven’t been in the mood to work.
I don’t get paid exorbant amounts of bullion to do what I do….*LOL* Actually I don’t get paid with bullion at all, but I thought it sounded funny. Anyway, I like what I do, I like how much I get paid to do it, it’s just a struggle sometimes, as with all things.

I remember taking prenatal vitamins when I was pregnant with the girls. They were awful, nasty things because of the iron content, but I do believe it important to take them. I think it helped the girls be strong and healthy when they were born.
It is not often they are sick. I think part of that is contributed to the prenatal vitamins, and a large part to their active and healthy lifestyle.

I believe it’s never too early to start learning what you will need for your Isat’s. However I don’t believe that it should be rigerous lsat prep until in your later schooling years.
I’m not going to tell my girls they can’t do work that would be on their Isat’s, but at this early age, I’m not going to force them to do it. A love of learning needs to be nurtured, not forced upon people. At this very moment my girls are “playing” school, it’s a joy to know that they have a love of school, of learning, and want to do it, even when they don’t have to.

When I hear “noxycut” it sounds like a haircut of some sort, or maybe a way to cut hair. Instead it is a dietary weight loss product. There is the a website that tells you all about it. I found the website to be informative, though I don’t plan to use the product.
Weight loss in my case is a matter of exercise and trying to eat somewhat smart. I know that there are other people that aren’t as lucky as I am in the weight loss department and might need to look to dietary supplements and such, however I do think that many people that are overweight could do more about solving the problem.
