I think vision screeners on a regular basis is always a good idea. The girls have had vision tests done once or twice a year for several years. Maintaining your vision is important. As is maintaining your dental health, which is why the girls see a dentist twice a year for cleanings, and checkups. Hopefully thise habits, combined with good habits at home will continue through their adult years so they can avoid many of the problems I have.

Things are progressing along quite nicely. We got Chief’s corral all cleaned out, so now we can work with him without fear of him hurting himself.
Pitching clinic for Des is coming along nicely, although I’d like to see her put in more practice time at home. I’m hoping that I can get her to go out here pretty soon and put in some practice time.
I’ve checked into dance lessons for the girls, as that’s something they’ve wanted to do for awhile, and we just haven’t had the money, but things are looking up for us, so come fall it’s possible the girls will be dancing.
Thursday we are planning a Kansas City trip for contacts and glasses. The trip is always long and dreadful, but it’s worth it for the price we get. Meg is going to get contact with any luck.
Well, that’s about all the updates I can think of for the moment.

You know perhaps instead of medical transcriptioning I should have tried for an online marketing degree. At least the online marketing degree would have been a full fledged degree, instead of just a certificate. I’m done with school though. I spent loads of money, and time getting my transcriptioning certificate, and it didn’t do me any good, so I’m done. I’m happier at home anyway.

I’d give almost anything to be sending out birth announcements. The desire to have another baby hasn’t lessened at all. My girls are incredible, and I wouldn’t trade them for anything in the world, but I feel that I want to have 1 more. The girls fully support this desire, although I don’t think they quite know what they are in for if I do get the chance to have another baby.

We didn’t wait for the end of this school year after all. I suppose I should have marked it on a calander what the official start date was, but I started homeschooling the girls a week or two ago. We just couldn’t stand the public system another minute, or maybe it was just that school.
Anyway, when I started talking to the girls about switching schools, they said they would rather be homeschooled again. I love it!!!!! I’ve really missed homeschooling them, and being with them!!
I’m sorry if I’m repeating stuff, I didn’t have time to reread what I had previously written, as I’m in a bit of a hurry to get things done tonight.

Okay I have to admit when I first read the words “pull up station” I automatically thought of pull-ups like toddlers wear. *LOL*
Well, what I’m talking about tonight has nothing to do with toddlers, or those types of pull-ups. If you click the above link, you will see a very nifty addition to your home gym. And much to my suprise, it’s even amazingly priced!!
